The true team identity is created by its people. And personal growth is determined by the team identity. By having a common goal, we push each other towards it and let no one stay behind. We celebrate each other, learn to understand, make mistakes and grow.

We have proven that to be able to make an impact, embrace challenges with agility and continuously progress, we don’t have to compete but collaborate. To be a piece of the puzzle that fits, we have to be different and we need to learn about the other’s puzzles shapes, especially in challenging times like this where we had to work together when we weren’t able to work together.

Together we are one Microsoft and our strength lies in our differences. Be an ally. Be your authentic self.
